OFFICE REPORT

The contempt petitions were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08.07.2015

when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Mr. Sandip Kalambe, Contemnor No. 22 is present in the Court through his counsel. Learned counsel seeks four weeks' time for filing reply. He is permitted to do so.

So far as the unserved contemnors in the contempt petitions are concerned, as per the office report dated 03.07.2015, the unserved covers have been received back with the "unclaimed" remarks made by the postal department.

In view of the above, issue bailable warrant, returnable within four weeks, to the unserved contemnors for ensuring their presence before this Court on the nest date of hearing against a sum of Rs. 25,000/- bond, to be executed to the satisfactiion of the arresting officer.

List the matter on 10.08.2015.

Police officer, in-charge of the jurisdiction where the aforesaid unserved contemnors reside, is directed to ensure the compliance of the order."

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that pursuant to the aforesaid order Mr. Nishant R. Katneshwarkar, Advocate, has filed vakalatnama and affidavit in reply by Mr. Sandip Kalambe, Deputy Collector alleged contemnor No. 22 which is placed with main paperbooks.

It is further submitted that bailable warrants returnable 10th August, 2015 have been issued to the contemnors/respondents in all the contempt petitions avovementioned through Civil Judge City Civil & Sessions Court. Compliance report is awaited.

Service of notice is not complete.

The contempt petitions abovementioned are listed before the Court with this report.
