"Reply be filed within two weeks. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter. List the matters immediately thereafter. The alleged contemnors need not remain present on the next date of hearing."

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Mr. Yadav Narendra Singh, Advocate has filed counter affidavit on behalf of alleged contemnor No. 30 in Contempt Petition (C) No. 219281 of 2015 with the permission of the Hon'ble Court and the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that no rejoinder has been filed so far.

Service of notice is not complete on alleged contemnor Nos. 4 and 5 in Contempt Petition (C) No. 184198 of 2015, alleged contemnor No. 1 in Contempt Petition (C) Nos. 219281 of 2015 and alleged contemnor Nos. 5 to 7 in Contempt Petition (C) Nos. 204217 of 2015.

The contempt petitions abovementioned are listed before the Court with this report.
