1 In the facts and circumstances of the present case and having due regard to the stage of the admissions process, we are not inclined to exercise the jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution. However, the dismissal of the Special Leave Petitions shall not be construed as an expression of opinion on the question of law raised.
