The matter above mentioned has been filed on 2nd April, 2016 against the impugned final Judgment and Order dated 22nd January, 2016 passed by the High Court of Madras, Madurai Bench at Madurai in W.P. No. 24842 of 2014.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has filed application for permission to file Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that the instant matter and Special Leave Petition(C) CC...No. 7088 of 2016 are arising out of common order.
