Since no relief is claimed against Respondent Nos.7 to 17, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that they may be deleted from the array of parties. Accordingly, the said respondents are deleted from the array of parties at the risk of the petitioners.

Status quo, obtaining as on today, regarding the service of the appellant(s) shall be maintained.

It is submitted that there are six respondents but Counsel for the Appellant has not filed copies of petition of appeal for effecting service of Notice of Lodgement of petition of appeal on respondent nos. 1-6 through High Court. Respondent Nos. 7 to 17 has been deleted vide this Court's order dated 3rd February, 2017, cause title has been amended and the included in the appeal paper books.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
