UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

S.L.P.(C) No. 6992 of 2011 Perused the office report. The delay in filing the substitution application is condoned, abatemnent, if any, is set aside and the substitution application is allowed in so far as respondent No.12 is concerned. Since, the petitioner has not taken steps for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.13, the special leave petition is dismissed qua that respondent. S.L.P.(C) No.6983 of 2011 Perused the office report. The delay in filing the substitution application is condoned, abatement, if any, is set aside and the substitution application is allowed in so far as respondent No.8 is concerned. Since, the petitioner has not taken steps for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent Nos 4 and 9, the special leave petition is dismissed qua those respondents. S.L.P.(C) No. 8226 of 2011 Perused office report dated 20.12.2012. Affidavit has been filed by the petitioner stating therein that respondent No.3 is not available at the address. Issue fresh notice to respondent No.3. Dasti, in addition, is permitted. If the petitioner is unable to serve the respondent before the next date of hearing, the special leave petition shall stand dismissed qua respondent No.3 without further reference to the Court.
