"SLP (C) No. 14179/2014

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, we are not inclined to interfere in the impugned order dated 24th February, 2014 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad. However, on the request of the counsel for the petitioner, we allow the petitioner to deposit the price of the proportionate/paddy stock of CMR as decided by High Court by 7th August, 2014, failing which the petitioner shall be liable to pay interest @ 12% from the due date till the amount is paid.

The impugned order(s) passed by the High Court stands modified to the extent above.

The special leave petition is disposed of.

Learned counsel for the petitioners are allowed two weeks time to file additional affidavit enclosing the copy of the W.P. (C) No. 50504 of 2013."
