UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R It is pertinent to note that this matter was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 8.5.2012, wherein the following Item No.33 -2 order was passed :-
"Learned counsel for the petitioners are permitted to effect service through substituted service in two Newspapers, namely, "Times of India (English News Daily)" and "Eenadu (Telugu Vernacular News Daily)", in addition to usual mode of service."
The learned counsel for the petitioner was granted permission for substituted service by publishing notice in "Times of India" (English) and "Eenadu" (Telugu Paper) in vernacular language, besides the usual mode. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted at Bar that necessary steps for getting the notice issued on the unserved respondents through dasti have already been taken and she seeks four weeks' time for submitting the status of the reports on record.
She has further submitted at Bar that necessary application for modification of the order referred above as regards the notice publication would be moved before the Hon'ble Court in due course of time.
The duly represented respondents, in the meanwhile, to file counter affidavit in all the matters.
List again on 28.2.2013.
