Ld. Counsel for the appellant has filed the spare copies of the SLP in respect of both the respondents without furnishing the fresh particulars. Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the Ld. Counsel for the appellant for filing the fresh particulars thereafter notice be issued to the said respondents.

As per postal tracking report notice issued to the sole respondent has been received back with postal remarks "Left India". Hence, learned counsel for the appellant shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the said respondent and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to him within the same period.

Four weeks time, as last chance is given to Ld. Counsel for the sole respondent to file the counter affidavit.
