"SLP(C) No. 31629-31642/2014

Fresh steps for service of unserved respondent Nos.5 to 8 have not been taken, despite order dated 11.7.2016. Two weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to the petitioner to take fresh steps for service of the said respondents. Notice thereafter be issued.

SLP(C) No. 34978/2014

Fresh steps for service of unserved respondent Nos.6 to 8 have not been taken, despite order dated 11.7.2016. Two weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to the petitioner to take fresh steps for service of the said respondents. Notice thereafter be issued.

SLP(C) No. 32160/2014

Fresh steps for service of unserved respondent Nos.6 have not been taken, despite order dated 11.7.2016. Two weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to the petitioner to take fresh steps for service of the said respondent. Notice thereafter be issued.

List all the matters again on 26.9.2016."

Service position of each matter is as follows :-

SLP(C) NOS. 31629-31642 OF 2014 :-

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner, has on 9th August, 2014, filed affidavit with proof of service on respondent Nos. 5 to 8.

Service is complete on all the eight respondents.

SLP(C) NO. 34978 OF 2014 :-

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps for service on respondent Nos. 6 to 12 so far. Hence notice could not be issued. A.D. cards duly signed has been received back from respondent Nos. 7 and 11.

Service is not complete on respondent Nos. 6, 8, 9, 10 and 12 so far.

SLP(C) NO. 32160 OF 2014 :-

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not taken steps in respect of respondent No. 6, hence notice could not be issued so far.

Service is not complete on respondent No.6.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
