It is submitted that there are four respondents in Appeal nos. 1747 of 2015 and two respondents in Appeal no. 1850 of 2015. NLPA was issued on 17.09.2015 to the respondents in both the matters through Tribunal. Mr. E. C. Agrawala, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent no. 1 in both the matters but has not filed counter affidavit. Mr. Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent no. 2 but has not filed counter affidavit. Certificate of Service in respect of respondent nos. 3 and 4 in Appeal no. 1747 of 2015 is awaited. Service is incomplete in Appeal no. 1747 of 2015. Certificate of Service has been received in respect of respondent no. 2 in Appeal no. 1850 of 2015 but no one has entered appearance on its behalf. Service is complete in Civil Appeal No. 1850 of 2015.

CIVIL APPEAL No. 3787 of 2015

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 07.05.2015 when the court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Appeal is Admitted. Tag with Civil Appeal No. 1747 of 2015."

It is submitted that NLPA was issued on 26.05.2015 to both the respondents through Tribunal. Mr. E. C. Agrawala, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent no. 1 but has not filed counter affidavit. Certificate of Service has been received in respect of respondent no. 2 but no one has entered appearance on its behalf. Service is complete.

CIVIL APPEAL Nos. 4858 and 4861 of 2015

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12.05.2015 when the court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order is allowed. Delay condoned. Appeals admitted. Tag with C.A. No. 1747 of 2015. "

It is submitted that there are two respondents in Appeal nos. 4858 of 2015 and four respondents in Appeal no. 4861 of 2015. NLPA was issued on 19.06.2015 to the respondents in both the matters through Tribunal. M/S Hemantika Wahi, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent no. 4 in Civil Appeal no. 4861 of 2015 but has not filed counter affidavit. Certificate of Service in respect of both the respondents in Appeal no. 4858 of 2015 and respondent nos. 1 to 3 in Appeal No. 4861 of 2015 is awaited. Service is incomplete in both the matters.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
