UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The connected matters [SLP (Civil) Diary No.11198 of 2020 etc.] were dealt with by this Court on 21.05.2020 and were directed to be listed on 14.07.2020.

Since the concerned Bench will not be available on 14.07.2020, we have been given to understand that the entire bunch of matters are to be listed before the Court on 15.07.2020.

It is brought to our notice that in terms of the direction issued on 21.05.2020 passed by this Court in SLP (Civil) Diary No.11198 of 2020, State of U.P. has filed affidavit in response.

Ms. Aishwarya Bhati, learned ASG appearing for the State submits that the details about the Roll Numbers of the concerned candidates be allowed to be placed before the Court in a sealed cover. Request is accepted.
