During the course of hearing, it is brought to the court's notice that the grand son of Dalbir Singh has also moved an application for substitution of Mr. Raman Preet Singh as legal representative of deceased Mr. Dalbir Singh, application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application and application for recalling of Court's order dated 11.08.2023 in I.A. No. 17812 of 2021 in C.A. No. 3771 of 2015.
2. Let counter affidavit be filed to the I.A. Nos. 214798, 214800 and 214801 of 2023 in C.A. No. 3771 of 2015 within four weeks from today.
3. List these applications after four weeks.
4. In the meanwhile, notice be issued to the interim application(s) filed in C.A. No. 2149 of 2015.
5. The name of the learned counsel appearing for the grand son of Dalbir Singh be shown in the cause list on the next date of hearing.
