UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

It is pertinent to note that in respect of respondent No.1 as per order passed on 27.2.2013 by the ld. Registrar in office, notice to respondent No.1 was issued through the concerned District Court in addition to postal service. Accordingly, postal report has been received with the endorsement that no such person on the said house is found. The ld. Counsel for the petitioner has undertaken to take necessary steps for substituted service as per rules. On submission of the application, registry to process the same for being placed before the ld. Registrar in office for necessary orders/directions.

Similarly, in respect of respondent No.3 the ld. Registrar in office vide order dated 27.2.2013 had directed that requisite documents in respect of due and proper service before the High Court (through publication) be placed on record. Accordingly, the ld. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted the requisite documents (Flag A).

Registry to take necessary steps for placing the said documents before the ld. Registrar in office for further necessary orders/directions. Respondent No.2 is reported to be duly served through post but none appeared nor any steps taken on his behalf.
