It is submitted that S.L.P.(C) Nos. 876-900 of 2017 @ SLP(C) CC Nos. 1-25 of 2017, referred to on Annexure P-14, was dismissed as withdrawn by the Hon'ble Court vide order dated 03.01.2017 (copy of order dated 03.01.2017 is annexed to the paper book as Annexure P-14 in Vol.II at page nos. 286-287).

It is submitted that S.L.P.(C) Nos. 917-933 of 2017, referred to on Annexure P-16, was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 27.02.2017, when the Court directed to issue notice (copy of order dated 27.02.2017 is annexed to the paper book as Annexure P-16 in Vol.II at page nos. 307-309). The matter is pending before the Hon'ble Court.

W.P.(C) No. 318 OF 2017

It is submitted that the writ petition above-mentioned has been tagged with W.P.(C) No. 317 of 2017 as both are arising out similar issue.

It is submitted that the counsel for the petitioner has given a letter dated 26.04.2017 and 28.04.2017 in response to a defects pointed out by the Registry. (copy of the letter dated 26.04.2017 and 28.04.2017 ae annexed to the paper book in Vol.II at page no. 332-333).

The writ petitions along with application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
