UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
S.L.P.(C)...CC No. 8047/2017
Counsel for the petitioner informs this Court that in the other connected matter viz., SLP (C)No. 11785 of 2017, substitution was permitted with permission to condone the delay in reference to the self same deceased respondents in the instant petition.
By order dated 03.03.3020, permission was granted. This has not been disputed by the respondent's counsel. Accordingly, delay in filing substitution applications is condoned. Abatement is set aside. Applications for substitution are permitted in terms as prayed.
Amended cause title be filed.
Notices be issued, returnable in eight weeks.
