Issue notice on the application seeking condonation of delay and also to the respondents limited to the question of liability of the Insurer to pay compensation to the respondents-claimants under the policy and on the question as to whether the insurance company had discharged its defence by letting in pertinent evidence with regard to the Driver of the vehicle having a valid license on the $\boldsymbol{\mathcal{E}}$ e of the accident.
