UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The office report is that the Ld.counsel for the respondent No.2 has already filed the vakalatnama which is defective. Ld.counsel shall cure the defects found in the said vakalatnama within a period of four weeks.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to respondent Nos. 1 & 3 within a period of four weeks.
