It is stated that respondent No. 1, Chanchal Kumar Das, died on 15.09.2012 leaving behind his legal heirs as mentioned in paragraph 2 of the application.

Delay in filing the substitution application is condoned.

Application for substitution is allowed and the name of legal heirs as mentioned in paragraph 2 be substituted in place of respondent No. 1. Amended cause title be filed within one week. Issue notice to the substituted legal heirs.
