Inspite of the fact that the appellant was informed by letter dated 21.12.2012 that respondent no. 1 Mr. Chanchal Kumar Das died on 15.9.2012 leaving behind Rita Das and son Rajib Kumar. No steps have been taken by the appellant to bring the LRs on record. Learned counsel for the appellant may take the steps within two weeks peremptorily failing which qua respondent no. 1 Chanchal Kumar Das, the appeal would stand automatically abated without reference to the Court.
