Respondent Nos.3 and 4 have not filed counter affidavit, despite grant of final opportunity on an earlier occasion. Further opportunity stands declined.

Respondent No.14 is granted one final opportunity of four weeks to file counter affidavit.

As per the office report, an application for intervention has been filed in the matter but the same is lying defective. Defects be dealt with as per rules.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner prays for further time to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars in respect of the unserved respondent Nos.5, 7 to 9, 11 and 13. Records reveal that on similar prayer being made, one final opportunity was granted to the petitioner for taking fresh steps in respect of the said unserved respondents; however, no steps have been taken. Ld. counsel may take fresh steps and file fresh particulars during the course of the day. However, if the same is not done during the course of the day, Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions. If fresh steps are taken with fresh particulars during the course of the day, notices be issued at once and the matter be listed on 15.2.2022.
