The matter above mentioned has been filed by Mr. Farrukh Rasheed, Advocate on behalf of the petitioners abovenamed against the final judgment and order dated 28032017 passed by the High Court of Uttarakhand at Nainital in Writ Petition (PIL) No.16 of 2016.

It is submitted that Mr. Tarun Gupta, Advocate has on 842017 filed application for intervention on behalf of applicants and the same has been registered as I.A. No.2 of 2017 (Copy of applications is being circulated herewith.

It is further submitted that M/s. Lambat & Associates, Advocates has on 842017 filed application for intervention on behalf of applicants alongwith translated copy of anenxures but has not filed application for exemption from filing official translation. The copy of unregistered application is being circulated herewith.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Satya Mitra, Advocate has on 642017 filed caveat/vakalatnama on behalf of Brahmchari Dayanand, Trustee, Matri Sadan, Haridwar and the same is not taken on record since the same is not a party in the instant matter.

The matter alongwith applications abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
