Applications seeking exemption from filing the certified copy 1. of the impugned order as also for seeking exemption from filing the official translation of the Annexures are allowed.

$2.$ Having heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and carefully perusing the material available on record, we see no $\frac{17.24.1118}{\text{Res}}$ reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking to quash an order dated 11.02.2022 passed by the court below in C.M.P. No.528/2021 moved in S.T. No.881/2019.

3. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
