UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned Counsel for the State appears and submits that the copies of the applications have not been served upon her clients. Mr. Singh, leaned counsel appearing for the petitioner(s) on the other hand has taken a stand that there is no necessity of effecting service upon the State. But as the State is a party to the subject proceeding, they cannot be execluded altogether from participation in the proceedings arising out of the subject Interlocutory Applications, I direct copies of the applications tobe served upon Ms. Pathak, learned counsel representing the State of Uttar Pradesh who has agreed to accept such service on behalf of her clients. The service to be effected by tomorrow.
