We reluctantly adjourn the matter as a request has been made to file affidavit-in-reply to the counter affidavit. ThouGh it was submitted by Mr. Tushar Mehta, learned Solicitor General of India and Mr. Shyam Divan, learned senior counsel that even counter affidavit can be ignored and the matter may be decided.

Let the rejoinder affidavit be filed by 30.08.2020. In case the rejoinder affidavit is not filed by then, the case will be heard on the next date of hearing without rejoinder affidavit.

List on 07.09.2020.

Civil Appeal No.2642 of 2020 which has been filed against the same impugned order shall also be listed along with these matters.
