It is submitted that pursuant to the abovementioned Court's Order, Mr. Senthil Jagadeesan, Counsel for the respondent has on 31st July, 2014 filed counter affidavit on behalf of the sole respondent but Mrs. Anil Katiyar, Counsel for the petitioner has not filed rejoinder affidavit so far.
