October, 2016 when the Court was pleased to passed the following order:

"Taken on board. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the relevant material. Exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned judgment and O.T. is granted. Issue notice.

In the meantime, there shall be stay of (1) the judgment and order dated 2nd September, 2016 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay Bench at Aurangabad in Writ Petition No.5686 of 2016; (2) the judgment and order dated 1st October, 2016 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay Bench at Aurangabad in Review Petition No.201 of 2016; (3) the order dated 16th November, 2015 passed by the District Collector, Dhule in Village Panchayat Dispute Application NO.48 of 2015; (4) the order dated 23rd May, 2016 passed by the Divisional Commissioner in Appeal No.3 of 2016. "

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are five respondents in the instant matter. Accordingly show cause notice was issued to all the respondents by registered A. D. post. Mr. Dilip Annasaheb Taur, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 5 but he has not filed counteraffidavit so far. As per tracking report, notice has been delivered to respondent Nos. 2 to 4 but no one has entered appearance so far. As per tracking report, notice on respondent No. 1 not served.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has served a copy of the petition on Mr. Nishant R. Katneshwarkar, Standing counsel for the State of Maharashtra.

Service of notice may be treated as complete.

PETITION FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL (CIVIL) NO. 29967 OF 2016

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14th

December, 2016 when the Court was pleased to passed the following order:

"List the matter after one week along with S.L.P.(C) Nos. 31479 of 2016 and 29874-29875 of 2016. As prayed for, counter affidavit by the learned counsel for the respondent No.3 may be filed in the meantime."

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that pursuant to aforesaid order, Mr. Rajiv Shankar Dvivedi, Advocate for respondent No. 3 has on 06.01.2017

filed counteraffidavit and the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

PETITION FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL (CIVIL) NO. 31479 OF 2016

The matter abovementioned was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 27th

October, 2016 when the Court was pleased to passed the following order:

"Taken on board. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the relevant material. Applications for exemption from filing official translation and from filing certified copy of the judgment are allowed. Issue notice.

In the meantime, there shall be stay of the impugned judgment and order dated 30.09.2016 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad in Writ Petition No.12442 of 2015."

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are six respondents in the instant matter. Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the respondents by registered A. D. post. As per tracking report, notice has been delivered to respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4 and 6 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. As per tracking report, notice is yet to be delivered to respondent Nos. 3 and 5.

Service of notice is not complete on respondent Nos. 3 and 5.
