It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are eight respondents in the instant matters. Counsel for the petitioners have not filed spare copies for issuance of notice to the respondents. Hence, notice could not be issued. Cause title has been amended accordingly and the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.
