It is submitted that High Court vide letter no.6649 dated 25.08.2015 has reported that in respect of service of notice upon Respondent No. 24 in C.A. No. 6610 of 2014 namely Gurmeet Singh, has expired. High Court has also reported that Notices sent to Respondent Nos.7, 8, 21 in C.A. No. 6609 – 6612 of 2014 and Respondent No. 23 in C.A. No.6610 of 2014 have been returned back with remark "not residing at the given address."

It is further submitted that Civil Judge Batala has reported that Respondent No.3 in C.A. No.6609 – 6612 of 2014 namely Bachan Singh Randhawa has expired and Notice sent to Respondent No.22 in C.A. No.6610 of 2014 has been returned back with remark "has gone abroad."

It is lastly submitted that Counsel was asked vide this Registry's letter dated 16.09.2015 to furnish fresh and correct address of Respondent Nos. 7, 8, 21 in C.A. No. 6609 – 6612 of 2014 and Respondent Nos. 22 & 23 in C.A. No.6610 of 2014 and take steps to bring on record Lrs. of Respondent No.3 in C.A. No.6609 – 6612 of 2014 and Respondent No.24 in C.A. No.6610 of 2014 but he has not done the needful till date.

Hence, the default of the Counsel for the Appellant is reported before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers with this report.
