Respondent Nos.1, 2, 6, 9-13 and 16 in Civil Appeal No(s). 6609, 6611 and 6612/2014 and respondent Nos.1, 2, 6, 9-13, 16, 17, 19-21 and 26-31 in Civil Appeal No(s). 6610/2014 are duly represented.

However, Ld. counsel for respondent No.6 submits that respondent Nos.6 and 10 have expired. Ld. counsel for respondent No.6 is directed to furnish the necessary details to Ld. Counsel for the appellant. Thereafter, Ld. Counsel for the appellant is granted four weeks' time to take appropriate steps.

Appeal has been abated in respect of respondent Nos.4, 5 and 15 in Civil Appeal No(s). 6609, 6611 and 6612/2014 and respondent Nos.4, 5, 15, 23 and 25 in Civil Appeal No(s). 6610/2014 vide order dated 10.7.2023.
