UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Respondent nos.1, 2, 6, 9-14 & 16 in C.A.No.6609-6612/2014 and respondent nos. 17, 19-21, 26-31 in C.A.No.6610/2014 are duly represented.

Ld. Counsel for respondent no.14 submits that respondent no.14 has expired. Ld. counsel for the appellant is directed to take appropriate steps within four weeks.

Appeal stands abated in respect of respondent nos. 4, 5 and 15 in C.A.No.6609-6612/2014 and respondent nos. 23 and 25 in C.A.No.6610/2014 vide order dt.10.07.2023.

Respondent nos.3 and 8 in C.A.No.6609-6612/2014 and respondent nos. 22 and 24 in C.A.No.6610/2014 have been deleted from the array of parties vide Court's order dt. 29.11.2019.

Service is complete on respondent no. 7 in C.A.No.6609- 6612/2014 and respondent no. 18 in C.A.No.6610/2014 but none has entered appearance.

List again on 8.11.2023.
