UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

As per office report dated 05th July, 2019, learned counsel for the appellant has neither provided fresh and complete address of respondent No.22 nor taken steps to file application to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.3, 8 and 24.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that this matter essentially arises out of Public Interest Litigation filed before Punjab and Haryana High Court and having regard to the subject matter, the appellant does not wish to proceed against the said respondents who are either unserved or who are reported to have expired.

Taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant, names of Respondent Nos.3, 8, 22 and 24 are ordered to be deleted from the array of parties at the risk of the appellant.

Office to proceed accordingly.
