petitioners as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent in both the matters.
We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court. The special leave petitions are, accordingly, dismissed.
However, on the request of learned senior counsel for the petitioners and as agreed by the learned counsel for the respondent, the petitioners are granted six months' time, from today, to vacate the premises, in question, subject to filing of usual undertaking in this Court within four weeks' from today.
