It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 28676/2016 @ CC No. 15202/2016 Entitled CHAWLI DEVI vs STATE OF HARYANA arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19.09.2016, when the Hon'ble Court was directed to issue of notice. The said SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 19.09.2016 is

enclosed herewith). (Main matter SLP (C) No. 28906/2016). The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
