Four weeks time as last chance is given to the respondent No.1 in SLP(C) Nos.12545, 12547 & 12549/2015 to file the counter affidavit. One week's time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner in all the matters to serve the copy of the pleadings on the respondent No.2 and file proof. Ld.counsel for the respondent No.2 shall file the counter affidavit within four weeks thereafter. SLP(C) Nos.14864, 16234, 16235 & 16237/2015

Ld.counsel for the petitioners shall comply with the terms of the order dated 01.09.2015 of this Court within four weeks as a last chance.

List the matter again on 04.01.2016."

SLP(C) Nos 12529, 12535, 12540, 12542, 12544, 12545, 12547 & 12549/2015:-

It is submitted that in SLP(C) Nos. 12545, 12547 & 12549/2015, counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 has not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner in all the matters has not filed proof of pleadings on the counsel appearing for respondent No. 2 so far. Hence, counsel appearing for respondent No. 2 has not filed counter affidavit in all the matters so far.

Service is complete.

SLP(C) Nos. 14864, 16234, 16235 & 16237/2015

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copies in the matters above-mentioned so far, hence show cause notice could not be issued so far.

SLP(C) Nos. 23730-31 & 23734/2015

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 17.08.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Heard.

Issue notice in the applications for condonation of delay and also in the special leave petitions.

Tag along with Civil Appeals No.5480-5486 of 2013."

SLP(C) Nos. 23730-31/2015:-

It is submitted that as directed above, show cause notice was issued to both the respondents on 02.09.2015 by regd. A.D. A.D. cards duly signed from respondent No. 1 has been received but no one has entered appearance. Mr. Ashwani Kumar, Advocate has on 26.10.2015 filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 2 but has not filed counter affidavit so far.

Service is complete.

SLP(C) No. 23734/2015:-

It is submitted that as directed above, show cause notice was issued to both the respondents on 03.10.2015 by regd. A.D. Mr. D. S. Mahra & Ms. Garima Prashad, Advocates have filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 & 2 respectively but have not filed counter affidavit so far.
