It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that these matters have been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 04.08.2011 and 08.07.2011 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in L.A. App. No. 517 of 2011 and CM No. 6392/2011 in LA No. 833/2010 respectively alongwith applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 1476 and 1505 days respectively) and applications for permission to file additional documents and exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order(unregistered) and the same have been included in respective SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No. 30867/2015 @ CC No. 19000/2015 arising out of common followed judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 28.10.2015 alongwith connected matter, when the Court was pleased to grant the leave and further directed to tag with Civil Appeal Nos. 5480-5486 of 2013. Accordingly the same has been converted into Civil Appeal No. 9168/2015. Copy of order dated 28.10.2015 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that in SLP(C) CC No. 21160/2015, counsel for the petitioner was required to file notification mentioned in the impugned order. In this regard, he has given a letter dated NIL and the same has been placed at Page No. 98 of Special Leave Petition paper books.

It is lastly submitted that these matters have been tagged together as both are arising out of common relied upon order.

The matters alongwith application above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report. DATED THIS THE 02nd DAY OF DECEMBER, 2015.
