The office report indicates that the Ld. Counsel for parties have failed to file the statement of case within the period stipulated under the rules. Viewed thus, all the matters numbered above shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court under the rules.

Respondent No.1 in SLP(C) No. 12545, 12547, 12549/2015 shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.

The Learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 in all the matters numbered above has stated that the appellants/petitioners have not provided the copies of the pleadings to him. The learned counsel for appellants/petitioners is directed to provide the Item No.70 3

copies of the pleadings to the learned counsel within a weeks' time and file proof. The respondent shall file the Counter Affidavit within a period of four weeks, thereafter.
