It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Orders dated 08.07.2011 in LA APP Nos.610 and 611/2009 in CC Nos. 8443-8444/2015 and in LA APP No. 274/2010 in CC No. 9408/2015 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi alongwith application for condonation of delay in filing SLP (barred by time by 1122 days) and the same has been included in SLP paper books. The matter(CC Nos. 8443-8444/2015) was initially filed on 17.3.2015 is barred by time by 307 and 14 days respectively. The matter was found defective and returned to the counsel. He has on 22.4.2015 refiled the matter after curing the defects which is barred by time by 8 days.

It is further submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that CC No. 8935/2015 arising out of common relied upon order in both the matters.

The matters alongwith applications are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
