The Petition abovementioned has been filed on 02.04.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 16.08.2011 of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, Jaipur Bench at Jaipur in Second Appeal No. 44/1988.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has filed two applications one for condonation of delay in filing SLP which is barred by time by 870 days and another for condonation of delay in refiling the SLP which is barred by time by 82 days total days of 952 days.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for bringing on record the Legal Heirs of deceased petitioner No.1 alongwith application for condonation of delay in bringing the Legal Heirs of deceased petitioner which is barred by time by 435 days.

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 04.08.2014 filed an application for permission to file additional document. Copy of the same is being circulated herewith.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
