The Office Report on Default dated 12.06.2014 was listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers on 11.08.2014 when His lordship was pleased to pass the following order:

This Court on 21.04.2014 passed the following Order:

"No case is made out for granting exemption from surrendering which is rejected.

Petitioner shall surrender within four weeks and file proof of surrender thereafter. Registry shall list the matter thereafter immediately."

Despite the aforesaid order, the petition has not yet filed the surrender certificate.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays for extension of time to file surrender certificate. The prayer is rejected.

The Special Leave Petition is dismissed for non-filing of surrender certificate."

It is submitted that the counsel for the petitioner has on 30.10.2014 filed application for restoration of Special Leave Petition alongwith imprisonment certificate of the petitioner, application for condonation of delay in filing restoration application and application for bail which have been registered as Criminal Miscellaneous Petition Nos. 22182, 22183 and 22184 of 2014, respecitvely. The application of restoration is barred by time by 50 days. Copy of the same are
