"It has been reported that respondent No. 3 had died and no application for substitution has been filed.
As a last chance, two weeks time is granted for filing substitution application to learned counsel for the petitioners."
Order dated 11.02.2015 :
"Nobody appears.
By way of last opportunity, further two weeks' time is granted for filing substitution application in respect of deceased respondent No. 3."
It is submitted that Mr. Shekhar Kumar, counsel for the petitioners has not filed application for substitution to bring on record LRs. of deceased respondent No. 3 so far despite this Registry's letter dated 17.02.2015. Two weeks time granted by the Hon'ble Court has expired on 25.02.2015.
The default of the petitioner for not filing the application for substitution in respect of deceased respondent No. 3 is again reported to Hon'ble Judge(In Chambers) with the Office report.
