The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 30.3.2012, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

" Delay condoned. Issue notice, returnable four weeks hence. Let the matter be listed after four weeks, along with SLP (C) No. 25962 of 2011, with an Office Report as to the readiness of the said matter. In the meantime, the parties are directed to maintain status quo with regard to the land in question."

Accordingly, show cause notice by registered AD Post was issued on 11.4.2012. Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are represented through Advocate. Respondent No. 4 has been deleted from the array of parties vide Hon'ble Chamber Order dated 11.8.2014. Respondent No. 3 is died.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps in respect of deceased respondent No. 3 so far. The matter above mentioned from time to time was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court and it was lastly listed on 15.10.2014, when inter alia the following order was passed:-

" Despite Registrar's Court order

dt. 22.7.2014 application for substitution with regard to deceased respondent no. 3 has not been moved. Let the matter be listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers."

The default of the Advocate for the petitioner for not filing application for substitution in respect of respondent No. 3 is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers with this office report.
