The learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 10 to take the necessary steps for getting the copy of the counter affidavit served on the other side.

Respondent No.11 has already filed counter affidavit on record.

It is pertinent to note that despite final chance granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner on the last date, no steps have been taken for deleting respondent No.12 from the array of the respondents. The matter be placed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary orders.
