UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Office report indicates that on behalf of respondent no.1-State of Punjab, defective vakalatnama has been filed on record by some agency, Punjab Mandi Board. Ambiguity be clarified by next date and at the same time final chance is granted to the ld. Advocate, Mr Shubham Bhalla appearing on behalf of Mr Kuldip Singh, Advocate-on-record for respondent no.1, for filing counter affidavit.

Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 and 10 are reported to be duly served but none appeared nor any steps taken on their behalf. -2-

Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no.11 has already come on record.

It is pertinent to note that on the last date also, the ld. Counsel for the petitioner had undertaken to move an application for deleting respondent no.12 from the array of respondents. Today, again time is sought for taking necessary steps which is granted as final chance.

Fresh notices be issued to respondent nos. 6 to 9 through the concerned District Court in addition to postal service.

List again on 22.4.2013.

In the event of default of compliance of the above noted direction, matter to be placed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary orders.
