" Learned counsel for the petitioners states that respondent No.4 is a profroma respondent and prays that service of respondent No.4 is to be dispensed with and respondent No.4 need not to be served. Prayer is allowed. Nobody appears for intervention

application. The same is adjourned."

It is submitted that service on all the four respondents is complete.

It is further submitted that Ms. S. Janani, Counsel for the petitioners has on 07.04.2016 filed application for intervention to intervene namely, Mr. Makhan Singh, Mr. Bechdar Singh and Koter Singh in the present SLP. The said application is registered as I.A. No. 2 and included in the Paper Books.
