UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Perused the applications. Accordingly to para 7 of the application for substitution, respondent No.3 had expired in the year 1991, his son had also expired in April, 1992 and daughter-in-law in the year 2011. There is no explanation for the delay in preferring the said application. Hence, application for condonation of delay, as also, application for substitution to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.3 are dismissed.
