"Service of notice is complete on the respondent No.1 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf. Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the respondent No. 2 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of four weeks. List again on 10.5.2016."

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, M/s. Temple Law Firm & Co., Counsel for the Petitioner has not taken any fresh steps for effecting service upon respondent No. 2 so far.
