We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners in the respective petitions. Each of them have stated, on instructions, that although the relief claimed before the High Court was to set aside the notification in question, the writ-petitioners would confine their relief and urge upon this Court to mould it or to limit it to the concerned Constituency/Town Municipal Councils, namely, Hassan, Arasikere, Harihar, Koppal, Shidlaghatta,

Channagiri and K.R. Pete.
Issue notice, including to the newly elected representatives who have taken over the office after the decision of the Division Bench in the concerned Municipal Council/Corporation, as the case may be. Liberty to implead the newly elected representatives as orally prayed, is granted.
