by the Trial Court has been reversed by the High Court and imposed life sentence and also of the fact that the appellant is in custody for 2 = years, we are inclined to consider the claim of the appellant. Therefore, the appellant is ordered to be released on bail to the satisfaction of the XXIII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bangalore in S.C.No. 458 of 1996 arising out of F.I.R. No.99/96.

The XXIII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge is free to impose appropriate condition(s) as he deems fit.
