The I.A. No.6 (Application for direction) in the matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 07th May, 2014, when the Court while disposing of the application passed the certain directions. (Copy of the Record of Proceeding is placed in the paper books.)

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that pursuant to the aforesaid Order Mr. R.P. Goyal, Advocate for the appellant has filed a Bank Guarantee of Rs. 54,49,22,439/ issued by the Maharashtra State Coop. Bank Ltd., Nanded but the same was not accepted by the Registry as Bank Guarantee is not as per Format No. 27 of Supreme Court Rules, 2013. Accordingly, the Advocate for the appellant was requested to file the requisite Bank Guarantee as per Format No. 27 of Supreme Court Rules, 2013 vide this Registry's letter dated 02.09.2014 followed by letter dated 23.09.2014, but the Advocate has not done the needful so far.

The office report for direction in the matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court for orders.
